Pumping, Valves & Piping Networks

High-pressure desalination pumps, electronic dosing pumps, and pressure controllers. Complete flow control featuring butterfly, gate, and globe valves with pneumatic or electric actuators. Piping in SS316L/304, HDPE, PVC, uPVC, CPVC, and GI, integrating flanged connections, grooved mechanical couplings, and dismantling joints.

Filtration Media & Hardware

Physical separation media including spun yarn, polyester, and sand. Adsorptive activated carbon for chlorine and VOC removal, alongside specialized ion-exchange resins, zeolite, and catalytic media for heavy metal and hardness reduction. Supported by durable filter housings and mounting structures.

Instruments & Disinfection

Precision flow and level tracking via electromagnetic meters and ultrasonic transmitters. Analytical monitoring utilizing DO probes, pH/conductivity sensors, TSS/turbidity transmitters, and online TOC/COD/BOD analyzers. Complete disinfection suites featuring ozonators, UV irradiation, and chlorination systems.

Automation, SCADA & Digital Monitoring

IoT-enabled cloud dashboards for remote smartphone monitoring, predictive maintenance, and real-time plant analytics. Fully automated sequencing via PLC and HMI touch screens, managed through centralized SCADA software. Energy delivery optimized via Motor Control Centers (MCC), Power Control Centers (PCC), and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).
